Billy Glen Barton

Billy Glen Barton, 85, passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022 in Duncan.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral And Cremation Service, with Lynn Parkhurst officiating. Cremation and all arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Billy was born Wednesday, October 7, 1936 in Marlow, to Nathan Monroe and Lillian Daisy (Hire) Barton. He lived in the Stephens County area all of his life and worked as a farmer. Billy also spent time serving as a proud member of the United States Army. He enjoyed the outdoors and fishing and hunting were his favorite things to do in his free time. Billy will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survivors include brother, Jerry Barton and wife Lula, Jr. of Kingfisher, and 2 sisters, Norma Cowley and Sharon Williams, both of GA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Nathan Barton, and John Barton, and 2 sisters, Mary Davis, and Juanita Fay Fleetwood.
