Free Holiday Event - Santa Town in Duncan

DUNCAN, Okla. - It's a free holiday event for two nights: Friday, Dec. 9 and Saturday, Dec. 10. Santa Town had to take a break for two years because of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic. The Wren family is extremely excited to open Santa Town again.

Charles Wren of Duncan, and Don Hamer of Marlow, were stringing new Christmas lights at the Stephens County Courthouse earlier this week. While working, Wren was eager to share the news with The Marlow Review and we're sharing it with our readers.

Santa Town will be at the Duncan Sports Park & Activity Center (formerly Halliburton Park) from 6 to 8 p.m. both nights. It is free and everyone can bring their own cameras and phones to take photos. Pictures won't be provided at the event. Tiffany Wren and Austin Wren have been busy spreading the word through social media and news outlets. They also shared on their Facebook page that if you found a Golden Stamped Ticket at one of the Christmas parades - Marlow, Duncan and Comanche, then bring it and be sure to show it at the table outside when you arrive.

The Wren family started Santa Town in 2014 and each year it has grown. They have been working hard to make this year one of the best.

There will be beverages for children and adults - hot chocolate, popcorn and even a special treat. Every child who attends Santa Town will receive a gift that is donated by community members or by the Wren family.
