Johnson, Scott file for area school board seats

Filings are underway at the Stephens County Election Board for the upcoming school board of education offices. Monday, filings opened for all Stephens County schools.

Larry R. Johnson II has filed for the #3 seat in Marlow Public Schools I-3, and Tony L. Scott has filed for the #3 seat for Central High Public Schools I-34.

Other filings include Eric Davis, Duncan I-1; Kevin Lindesmith #2, for Grandview C-82, and Sam D. Porter for Red River Tech Center #19.

Seats for Office #3 that still need individuals to file for are Comanche I-2, Velma-Alma I-15, office #3 and office #1 unexpired, Empire I-21, and Bray-Doyle I-42.

The City of Marlow has a need for candidates for a 3 year term for councilmember Ward 2 and an unexpired term for Ward I.
