Jason Lee Watkins (1984-2023) Marlow, OK

Jason Lee Watkins, 38, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2023, in Marlow.

Jason was born Tuesday, October 23, 1984, in Lawton, to Michael and Maggie (Willis) Watkins. He was a 2003 graduate of Marlow High School. Jason lived in Marlow all of his life and was employed by AH1 as a custodian. He loved music and was a self-taught musician. Jason could play the guitar and keyboard very well and he loved performing. Halloween was his favorite day of the year. He loved making people laugh and was always the class clown. Jason enjoyed doing magic tricks, watching old movies, and watching his son and his band. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his parents, Mike and Maggie Watkins of the home, son, Treyton Watkins of the home, brother, Derek Watkins, nephew, Hayden Keil Willis of the home, 2 nieces, Madison Mikell Willis and Kirean "KP" Paige Willis, numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Wayne Willis.

Pallbearers will be Treyton Watkins, Hayden Willis, Derek Watkins, Mike Watkins, Dalton Denham, and Josh Gately.

Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2023, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Marlow. Visitation was at the funeral home March 23 and March 24.

There was a prayer service at the funeral home on Thursday evening.

Burial took place in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.
