MHS Class of 2023’s Top 10 Percent Seniors Awarded

Hundreds of awards are presented at the end of each school year to recognize students for everything from grade point achievements to organizations, general school and class excellence and athletics. Marlow High School began recognizing students in early April for academic success. At the first banquet, 113 students in all four grade levels were presented with awards for their overall GPA achievements.

On Monday, May 8, MHS Counselor Amy Herchock presented the following awards:

Oklahoma Academic Scholars - Haley McKinley and Jimmy Stout. To earn this award, a student must have a cumulative 3.7 GPA, a 27 or greater on the ACT, and be in the top 10% of their graduating class.

28 + Club - Haylee Daniel, Owen Long, Emma Samples, Chesnie Stuart, Ashton Cox, Jimmy Stout. This award is given to students who have scored a 28 or greater on the ACT.

Top 10% in Graduating Class: Whitney Wade, Marissa Krautbauer, Avrey Payne, Haley McKinley, Morgan Warren, Marlow Latimer, Erin Doughty, Jimmy Stout.
