Brian Webb, Brooke Anthony, and Gina Olheiser, all with Wichita Mountains Prevention Network, attended the Marlow City Council meeting Sept. 26, 2023, in which the organization and the city recognized October 23-31, 2023 as Red Ribbon Week with an official proclamation.
