Marlow prepares for playoffs at Tulsa

Marlow lost to Heritage Hall 35-28, but Coach Matt Weber said he’s extremely proud of the team’s efforts this season. The game was on Heritage Hall's turf, Friday, Nov. 3, 2023.

“I’m really proud of our team coming off a difficult loss the week before and how they competed against the top team in the state. We are not happy losing, but we did play more like “Marlow Guys.” We hope that effort carries over into the new season starting Friday.”

The Outlaws head to Tulsa Metro Christian and it is not unfamiliar for the Marlow boys. “They are a tradition-rich program that will be a tough test. They are the returning runners-up and have been in the finals 3 out of the last 4 years. Everyone left from here on out will be good. We need to continue to improve and give our best effort on Friday,” Weber said.
