David Dunn, 43, of Comanche, was involved in a personal injury collision accident Monday night. Dunn was transported by Survival Flight, to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, where he was admitted in fair condition with head injuries.
The collision happened about 8:57 p.m. Monday on E. 1800 Rd, 200 feet east of the intersection at E. 1800 Rd and N. 2800 Rd, two miles north of Comanche, in Stephens County. He was driving a 2003 Harley Davidson when he was eastbound on E. 1800 Rd, and departed roadway to the left, came back on the road, overturned, separating driver from the vehicle, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report, filed by OHP Trooper Benjamin Smith of the Stephens County detachment of Troop G. Cause of the driver and collision are under investigation. Weather was listed as cloudy, and a helmet was not in use.
