Faye Inez Kimbrough
Faye Inez Kimbrough, 83,
went to her heavenly home on
June 24, 2024.
She was the youngest of
three girls born to Charles
“Fabian” Lanius and Mary Lanius on June 1, 1941, in Biloxi,
Mississippi.
Faye was preceded in death
by her parents Don and Mary
Denham and Fabian Lanius,
her sisters Laura Edit and Barbara Murray. She is preceded
in death by grandson Elijah
Kimbrough and stepdaughter
Misty Kimbrough.
Faye is survived by her
husband, Steve Kimbrough
(formerly of Marlow, OK) of
the home, daughter Lori and
husband Ken Davis of Yukon,
OK, son David Stanley of San
Marcos, TX, a stepson Justin
Kimbrough, and wife Kelley
of OKC, OK.
Eleven grandchildren and
six great grandchildren survive Mrs. Kimbrough.
Faye was a Chrisitan, read
her Bible every day and highly active in the Church. Her
friend, Ali, read the Bible to
Faye when she could not read
in her last days. Faye was an
exceedingly kind and generous person; she never met a
stranger.
Faye was a talented artist and was President of the
Marshall County Art Guild in
Oklahoma after retiring. She
loved quilting, working in her
flower beds and taking care of
her numerous house plants.
She attended Oklahoma
City Community University
during her work career and
raising a family.
Faye’s had a 20-year career
at Bridgestone Firestone in
OKC, OK including the Personnel Dept, Plant Protection
& Security, Cure Monitor and
a Production Supervisor.
She will be missed by many
friends and family.
Memorial Service for Faye
Kimbrough will be on July 13,
2024. Service at l:00 pm with
a lunch for family and close
friends preceding at 12:00.
Location at One Church in
Bethany, OK on NW 39th
Street and Council Road. The
officiating Pastor is Darin
Troutman.
