Stephens Co. United Way BBQ Kickoff set for September 14

The United Way of Stephens County is thrilled to announce the 7th Annual BBQ Kickoff, taking place on September 14th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Fuqua Park in Duncan, Oklahoma. This eagerly awaited event kicks off the United Way’s annual fundraising season, supporting local agencies that provide essential services to our community.

Building on the success of previous years, where last year's event drew over 600 attendees, we anticipate an even greater turnout this year. For just $10, attendees will receive a wristband that grants access to BBQ tastings, activities like cornhole and a dunk tank, and Kiddie Land Park. The Stephens County Historical Museum will also be open during the event.

Several local agencies will be present with booths showcasing their work, and proceeds from booth sales will support these important organizations. This event is a fantastic opportunity for the community to enjoy a day of great food and activities while supporting local programs.
