The Marlow Alumni Association is holding a quilt fundraiser for a good cause

The Marlow Alumni Association is holding a quilt fundraiser for their continued scholarship projects for Class Day in May with the drawing to be held at Marlow High’s Homecoming game on October 25. 

This stunning king-size quilt is made from Marlow Outlaw T-shirts- this beautiful quilt, lovingly handcrafted by the mom of two Marlow alums, will be displayed at all Marlow High School home games. 

Tickets are just $5 each, and the drawing will be held at the Marlow High School Homecoming Game on October 25.

In 1985 and 1986, the dynamic duo Tip Ward and A.R. “A.L.” McWatters had a vision: To help Marlow High School seniors achieve their college or trade school dreams. Thanks to their passion and the generosity of our incredible alums, the Marlow Alumni Association has been awarding two scholarships yearly to deserving seniors. Recently, with the unwavering support of the community, the association has increased that number.

“Our mission goes beyond scholarships,” the Association said in a statement, “We’re also committed to supporting Marlow educators by raising grants to bring innovative ideas into the classroom. Imagine the impact of creative teaching methods and enhanced learning experiences! Our goal is to open up even more opportunities for students ready to explore new horizons.
