Duncan Amvets seeking entries for Veterans Day parade

The Duncan Amvets Post 11 are seeking entries for their Veterans Day Parade on Saturday November 9 which will be held 10:30 a.m. to Noon. 

The theme this year is “All of Us” and there is no fee to enter. 

Entries can include veteran groups, marching groups, floats, golf carts, horses, personal vehicles, military vehicles, and commercial entries. 

The deadline to enter is November 4th. 

Entrants will check in at the parking lot on Willow and 12th to get their parade number between 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.

The line up will be on Willow, Maple 12th and Main between 9 am and 10:30 a.m.

All entries will receive an email or text between the 7th and 8th of November to let them know which parking lot they will need to be in. 

Groups, organizations, and business should describe what the announcer would like to say as their parade entry passes by the review stand.
