Marlow Samaritans set sign-ups for food boxes

Members of The Marlow Samaritans Board of Directors met last week at their regularly scheduled monthly meeting to select dates for their annual Christmas food distribution.
   An annual event for the non-profit organization, they will be accepting applicants on Monday Dec. 2 thru Friday Dec. 6 and Monday, Dec. 9 thru Wednesday Dec. 11. Beginning at 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. each of those days.
   No applications will be received after Wednesday, Dec. 11….with no exceptions.
Christmas food boxes will be distributed on Saturday, Dec. 21 from, 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church Life Center on North 4th Street. More information will be forthcoming from the Samaritans.
   Anyone who has a Marlow address AND lives in the Marlow School District qualifies for the annual event. For and more information call 580-658-5771 and a phone volunteer will return your call.
