Janice Ann Hahns-Seals

Janice Ann Hahns-Seals, a lifelong resident of Marlow, OK, passed away peacefully on January 2, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on December 24, 1943, to Floyd and Jean (Bryan) Scott, Janice's life was a testament to her loving, friendly, and faith-filled nature.
Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, with Rev. Terra Sisco officiating. Burial will follow at the Marlow Cemetery, all arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services.
Viewing will be held Monday, January 6, 2025, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow, between the hours of 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM.
A proud graduate of Marlow High School in 1962, Janice went on to have a fulfilling career as an accountant at the National Rural Water Association, where her meticulousness and dedication were appreciated by all who worked with her. She was an active member of the community, always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear.
Janice found joy in her hobbies which included quilting, sewing, and bowling. She had a passion for helping others, which was evident through her involvement with the Beautiful Day Foundation. Her greatest love, however, was for her family and friends, with whom she cherished spending time.
She leaves behind her son, John Hahn and his wife Sherry of Piedmont; her grandchildren, Jordan, Dylan, Garrett, and Scott; seven great-grandchildren; and her brother, Larry Scott and his wife Linda of Duncan.
Janice was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Cindy Hahn, granddaughter Katie Mcelfresh, and her two husbands, John Hahns and Harold Seals.
Janice's warmth and generosity will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and faith will continue to live on through the multitude of lives she touched.
