Kenneth Don Alexander

Kenneth Don Alexander, lifelong resident of the Marlow area, passed away in the comforting presence of his family on January 25, 2025 in Duncan, Oklahoma at the age of 85.

Visitation will be available to the public on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.

Kenneth was born on July 11, 1939 in Marlow, Oklahoma to Earl and Eulene (Reed) Alexander. He attended school at both Sterling and Rush Springs, and participated in FFA, building his lifelong passion for farming. Kenneth married the love of his life, Betty Lou Wortham in Marlow on October 18, 1957. They shared over 65 wonderful years together before she preceded him in October of 2023. Kenneth worked as a peanut farmer and cattle rancher as well as at Halliburton for a short time. He enjoyed fishing, hunting deer and hogs, watching rodeos and westerns. Kenneth will be remembered fondly in the memories shared with friends and loved ones.

He is survived by his son, Lynn Alexander and wife, Maria, two daughters, Annette Looper and Kathy Evans and husband Jerrako, eight grandchildren, Travis Bradshaw, Justin White and wife, Amber, Corey Bradshaw and wife, Selena, Leigh-Anne Wright and husband Travis, Lindsay Reynolds and husband, Chris, Reece Alexander and wife, Kassidy, Eli Alexander, and Ava Alexander, and four great-grandchildren, Gus Miller, Jax King, Briar White, and Canyon White.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his wife, Betty, his parents, Earl and Eulene Alexander, brother, Bill Alexander, grandson, Blaine Alexander, and son-in-law, John Looper.

Pallbearers will be Travis Bradshaw, Justin White, Corey Bradshaw, Reece Alexander, Eli Alexander, Briar White, and Canyon White.

Honorary pallbearers are Gus Miller and Jax King.
