Spectators and parade participants, along with a few pooches all just trying to stay warm in the extremely chilly weather, Saturday, Dec. 3, 2022. The temperature said 34, but indicated it felt more like 27 degrees. In this gallery, there's bands, cheerleaders, cool rides, plenty of candy being tossed, some tractors and, of course, Santa!
