Stephanie Leann Prater

Stephanie Leann Prater, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019 in Marlow, at the age of 41.

　Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Monday, September 30, 2019, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Marlow, with David Cannon officiating. Burial will follow in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

　Stephanie was born Monday, October 24, 1977 in Fresno, CA, to Terry and Kathlyn (Baisdon) Brisco. She had graduated from Clovis High School in California and had lived in the Stephens County area for the last 16 years. She had worked for Halliburton in the Human Resources Department for the last 8 years. Stephanie married the love of her life, Curtis Prater on January 20, 2011 in Lawton. They were married for 8 wonderful years. Stephanie was a very entertaining person that loved to keep her family and friends always laughing as well as having a smile that was contagious. She enjoyed her farm life especially riding her horses and gardening. Stephanie enjoyed traveling; going to the beach was among one of her favorites. She liked to have fun and ride in the boat. Stephanie loved spending time with her family and loved her boys dearly. 

　Survivors include, her husband, Curtis Prater of the home, 2 sons, Dominic Brisco of the home, Devin Brisco and Quianna of Duncan, a daughter, Brittney James and husband Cameron of Elgin, 3 granddaughters, Avory James, Addie James, Mia White, her father, Terry Brisco and wife Kimberly of Fresno, CA, her mother, Kathlyn Duncan and husband Dave of Senora, CA, 2 brothers, Rodney Duncan of AL, Steven Ragan of ID, 5 sisters, Rosie Dunkle and husband Adam of CA, Crystal Brisco of CA, Shawna Curran and husband Isaac of CA, Cheyanee McDonald and husband Morgan of CA, Ashley Ragan of CA, her grandfather, Earl Brisco of Marlow. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles, as well as her brothers and sisters-in-laws. 

　Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandparents and a close friend, Earnestine Dillingham.

　Pallbearers will be: Terry Brisco, Isaac Curran, Devin Brisco, David Brisco, Bill Smock, and Rodney Duncan.
