Sign Up Dates continue for Marlow’s Christmas Food Box

The Marlow Samaritans annual Christmas Food Box distribution is set for Saturday, Dec. 17. It will be held at First Baptist Church Life Center from 10 a.m. to noon. Anyone with a Marlow address and living in the Marlow Public School District is eligible to sign up for a food box.

To sign up, even if you are already on the monthly food bank list, you must come in person to the Marlow Samaritan building, 214 W. Main, Dec. 1st, 2nd, and Dec. 5-7, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on those days. No sign-ups allowed after Dec. 7. The only exception allowed for signing up not in person is for those who are physically disabled. A Marlow Samaritan volunteer will come to your home if you can’t physically come in to the downtown location. Individuals also can’t sign up for someone else.

Bray-Doyle and Central High residents are not eligible as those communities have food banks.
